Trauma doesn’t always live in conscious memory. It can live in the body and nervous system. Through somatic therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), we work with the nervous system to gently process trauma, helping you feel safer, steadier, and more present in the moment.
