Hi, I’m Elise. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you and develop a kinder relationship with yourself. Healing requires understanding what’s underneath old patterns, not just pushing past them.

I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and coaching that honors your lived experience and authentic self. Trauma and chronic stress can shape how you think, feel, and relate to the world. Together we work to better understand your emotions, process difficult experiences, and build a greater sense of grounding and confidence.

I believe therapy and coaching work best when the relationship feels safe, collaborative, and rooted in trust. I’m deeply committed to ongoing self-reflection and growth, including actively unlearning the effects of racism, misogyny, and other systems of oppression that shape how many of us relate to ourselves and others.

The goal isn’t to change who you are, but to help you meet your inner experience without feeling overwhelmed.
